The Tote: Sewing the Ribbon

Now that you have laid out all of your ribbon you are ready to sew everything in place.

Supplies/materials to have on hand:

• Canvas fabric with ribbon pinned down (2 sides total)

• Sewing pins

• Spool of thread

• Hand sewing needle (if you will be sewing these steps by hand)

• Threaded sewing machine (if you will be sewing these steps by machine)

• Scissors
